Show HIGH TWELVE CLUB LUNCHEON November 21, 1956 Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen: I am delighted to have the opportunity to be with you today and to bring you the greetings of the oldest Chamber of Commerce in the West. Last Tuesday evening at a party given in my honor one of the Chamber Directors quoted an old Greek proverb to the effect that the President of a Chamber of Commerce should be a man with his head in the clouds, his feet on the ground but who had not lost the ability to occasionally put his foot in his mouth.
