See the people working together, building their city in two years, setting a record of construction that was not surpassed for 17 years. In the face of such example one cannot help but wonder how easily we could dispose of our community problems today if we could capture that same spirit and determination to get the job done. In the intervening fifty years we have doubled our productivity, vastly increased the learning of our people. With the tools at hand we certainly have the means to do the job. Let us not lack the will to get it done.
