If you have the foresight to plan now for the future, you may take advantage of the magnificent opportunity that is yours to bring a greater and a sounder prosperity to Petaluma. In closing, let me pass on to you the advice given to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1905 by the very able architect Daniel Burnham -- good advice lost in the San Francisco fire of 1906 |
