Show 34 The second problem is the danger of pricing our product out of the market. Other industries have made this mistake, and we in the construction industry have not given the problem the attention that it deserves. Too often in the past the contractor has cared too little about the cost to the customer so long as he was at no disadvantage costwise with competitive contractors. With this attitude it is not surprisinq that a certain amount of waste has been allowed to creep into construction practices.
