Applications received after the specified deadline for a particular quarter may be subject to a late registration fee. Application forms are available at all Utah high schools or from the Admissions Office, Administration Building - 1015, Weber State College, Ogden, Utah 84408. Acceptance notices are valid only for the quarter indicated. Applicants who do not register the quarter for which they were accepted and who wish to be considered for a subsequent quarter must notify the Admissions Office. 11 10 rn -«#- Rifa'tfrar Composite , ~-4frtJerdept7 ^TTjngranw Allied ~lSi?tence$ 1 I 1 | Arts I, 4 Humanrfe' Business I Economics cuuoauon tlaturar .JSciencfeSL L "UcijIaT HSciejicBs ! m 1 Education |
