Hospital Organization and Management (4) An overview of the hospital organization including an analysis of the organizational structure, policy determination decision making and management control to achieve institutional goals; an examination of the issues and problems of hospital management. 316. Computer Applications in Medicine (4) Introduction to the analyzation of medical data and records, quality control, inventory control, and the processing of radiologic images. 317. Clinical Supervision and Evaluation (4) Designed to improve supervisory and evaluative competencies of the technical manager or supervisor.
