Business Education/Administrative Systems Program: Composite Major in Business Education — (See Composite and Interdepartmental Programs) Program: Administrative Systems Minor for Business and Non-Business Majors I. Non-business majors (minimum of 27 credit hours). A. Required courses (21 credit hours): Business Education 103 (3), 201 (4), 225 (4), 302 (4), 303 or 304 (1), 305 (1), 306 (1), 355 (3). B. Elective courses (6 credit hours from BE): Elective courses to be selected only with approval of a departmental adviser. II. School of Business and Economics Majors (15 credit hours). A. Required courses (9 credit hours): Business Education 302 (4), 303 or 304 (1), 305 or 306 (1), 355 (3). B. Elective courses (6 credits from BE): Elective courses to be selected only with approval of a departmental adviser prior to taking to the courses. Program: Business Education Teaching Minor A. The Business Education Teaching Minor must be cleared with the BE/AS Department by the beginning of a student's junior year. B. Twenty-five credit hours are required. C. Program: Secretarial Science — Institutional Certificate (one-year program) I. College Requirements: 45 Total hours are required. II. Major Requirements: A. To earn the Institutional Certificate, a student must attain the following skill level: Typing: 60 wpm/10 errors/5 minutes. B.
