Concepts and Applications of Data Processing (4) A general course designed to develop an appreciation and understanding of computer capabilities in many disciplines and to examine the accompanying social issues. No prior experience necessary. 120. R.P.G. Programming (4) Problem solving and program development using the Report Program Generator, oriented to commercial computer problems. Prerequisites: COMIS 101 and Math 105. 130. BASIC Programming (4) Application of the BASIC Computer Programming language to the solution of business and/or scientific oriented problems using the computer. Includes I/O techniques, editing, loops functions and other processes available in the BASIC language. Prerequisites: COMIS PD101. 140.
