Arts, Letters and Science — Music Arts, Letters and Science — Music Music Fees—A fee of $36.00 will be charged to students taking private lessons for credit. This fee must be paid at the time of registration each quarter; the student will receive nine private lessons. Jury Examinations—All music majors are required to perform in two jury examinations each year. These examinations will be held in February and in May. Specific Departmental Requirements Composite Teaching Major in Music Education—This program is recommended for prospective secondary school music educators. Requirements may be modified to meet individual needs. No academic minor is required.
