Show Danielle Nielson will be a cheerleader at Fremont High School next year. Jerica Wilson will be on the cheerleading squad at Wahlquist Junior High. Zach Blair, Kirsten Kidd, Jonathan Spencer, Zach Spencer and Kaleigh Wayment are on the Honor Roll at Wahlquist Junior High School. Lindsey Slater and Heather Milne are the new attendants to the Weber County Dairy Princess for the coming year. Haylee Adam was honored by the Standard Examiner for her softball achievements at Fremont High School. We are proud of our 2006 high school graduates: Haylee Adam, Ashley Brown, Seth Capell, Jake Christiansen, Katie Grant, Alex Hensley, Tyson Heslington, Jason Hodson, Cheryl Hoth, Quenton Jones, Marci Kilpack, Casey Lewis, Colton Meyerhoffer, Heather Milne, Shannon Mott, Summer Okey, Jeffrey Savage, Lindsey Slater, Sharlee Slater, Todd Spencer, and Erica Strand. Garrett Slater Bass, son of Alan and Adria Bass, was born on May 5, 2006. Lindsey Slater has been named Utah's Academic All Star in Track. Joe Deru has a month-long exhibit of his wood turning pieces at the Gallery at the Station beginning on May 5, 2006. Jack Lucas participated in the annual re-enactment of the driving of the golden spike at the Golden Spike National Historic Site. He is in his fourth year as a volunteer participant in the weekly re-enactments during the summer months. Brad Slater spoke at the beginning of the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run on May 13, 2006. Boy Scout Troop 44 of our community has been chartered for 75 years, being first chartered in 1931. |
