For those residents who already signed-up for a flu shot, Applegate Home Care will be giving flu shots on November 7, 2006, from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Senior citizens on Medicare B, please bring your Medicare B card and your photo ID. For seniors with this card and photo ID, your shot will be free. Otherwise, the flu shot costs $25. Speed Advisory. The mayor lowered the speed limit on 1200 West and 400 North/Pioneer Road from 40 mph to 35 mph. The change results from requests from some residents, safety concerns expressed over students walking to Pioneer and driving to Fremont, and because of increased heavy traffic on these roads. Most residents have been supportive of this change while others feel the new speed limit is too low. The city will monitor traffic for a time to see if additional changes or traffic studies are needed. _ Winter Activities Breakfast with Santa.
