Show Long Social Tradition Continues February 16, 2006 Ward reunion The Marriott-Slaterville LDS 1st Ward recently held its annual reunion. Everyone who has ever been a member of the ward was invited, and more than 400 attended. The reunion included a roast beef dinner, a variety of desserts, entertainment and ballroom dancing. Ron and Dixie Holmes, who headed up the activities, took a moment to visit with Bishop Danny Brown (right). ABOVE: Carl and Louise Hodson attended the reunion. Carl has been a member of the ward for 84 years. Louise moved into the ward when she was 12. The couple said they met at church.
