Show I have had rather a dizzy head all day. Reading & TV until Nan here at 10 She beat me badly at checkers. Monday 4 Read some with telescopic lense & got a dizzy headache. Gary came & we made arrangements for coming year. Quite a good rain today. In eve Marie came & got all checks made & accounts balanced. (Took a check of 95.20 to Mr. Loos for stock transfer stamps) Tuesday, June 6 Finished May Readers Digest on machine & started The Day Lincoln Died. Margaret called from Salt Lake. Talked with Elizabeth who leaves on a short trip tomorrow. Down town pm. To Hansons (he not at home) Got book of poems for Tommy Hulmston & took it out to him. Got Nans new dresses from fitter. Some checkers & reading eve. Wednesday, June 7 A hot day. Summer is here. Gary busy on grounds. Nans pm out. I phoned Mr. Hanson re overcharge on recent planting. Interested in reading the Lincoln book. Elizabeth started on her trip. Laurie phoned they got home today. Nan home early Thursday, June 8 Had dizziness all day In eve. removed my hearing aid Reading The Day Lincoln was Shot most interesting. Nan & I out in pm. Had a nice ride, got car washed & had dinner at Harmons. More reading & some checkers in eve. Still planning our trip. Friday, June 9 Glorious sunshine this am. Gary busy on lawn. Friday June 9 To hospital at 930 for look over by Dr Olson. Nothing new condition OK & a new tunic given. A nice talk with Mr. Knapp in office after. Less dizziness today with hearing aid out. Still reading Lincoln book interesting. Out in car for a few errands. Our cooling system on Very comfortable. Saturday, June 10 Nan busy cleaning and I still reading Lincoln. A hot day. Gary busy in garden. In later pm. Nan & I out to do some errands. Dinner at Harmons. Sunday 11 Sunday school in am. Nans car stopped so Lew Wallace brot me home while Nan got her car started. Dinner at home. Laurie came we talked over our business affairs. |
