Zera was em| ployed as a nurse’s aid by the Weber County Memorial Hospital, Hill Haven | Nursing Home and other nursing facili- | ties in the Ogden area. 7 At one time she was a member of | - Embray Chapel AME Church in Ogden, Utah. She moved to San Diego, Calif. - — in August 1988 and regularly attended — Bethel AME Church before becoming | on Zera is survived by three daughters, | Audrey Burks of Vallejo, Calif.; Myra Law, Ogden, Utah, Michele Horton of San Diego. A fourth daughter, Eva Jacqueline Horton died at a young age. She also has two sisters, Jennie Mae — Hutchins, Atlanta, Georgia and Alberta — Hale of Battle Creek, Michigan. She also has two son-in-laws, Robert Law © and Bland Burks. A brother, Alex Har- | ris of New York City, NY preceded her in death. She has six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a host of friends. | Services will be held on Thursday at — 1 p.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 845 — Washington Bivd., with Reverend Le- ander Coates officiating.
