John was born January 18, 1929 in ff _ Smithd ale, Mississippi to Earl Knox and Meliesa Cane Knox, = He was in the Korean War, retired ~ from H.A.F.B. and belonged to the John enjoyed hunting, fishing, bas- _ ketball (JAZZ) and playing cards at the _ Heritage Center where he had _ loved everyone fun and there. He is also survived by six sisters, Ree n _ Cam eron, Teresa Castin, both of Mis_ S$issippi; Earleen Jergens, Californi a; _ Rosetta Hall, Colorado: Ida Hall, Marvie Knox, both of Layton: five bro thers, _ dune Knox, Mississippi: Clifton Kno x, _ Robert Knox, Clyde Knox, all of Cali for- ‘nia; and Ruffus Knox, Colorado.
