Francis WASHINGTON TERRACE - Mary Lorena Bazile Francis, 78, died Thursday, December 1, 1994 at the Ogden Regional Medical Center of natural causes. esotsee She was born 2 May 6, 1916 in ® St. Martinsville, & LA, a daughter = Of Adrieu and Elizabeth Basile Mathieu. She married Phillip J. Francis on January 10, 1938 in Louisiana. He died ae January 5, 1993. She was srescngretsttsts #9F:,’ raised and edu- ae cated in St. Mar- © ee tinsville, Louisiana. She had lived in Houston, Texas and Queens, New ae moving to the Ogden area in~ 1945. oe. | She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was a member of the Women’s Altar Society and Women’s group. She was very active in the Parish Choir. She was a member of the Women’s Aglow and the Golden Hours Senior Citizens Center where she and her husband were on the Nutrition Board. She enjoyed and was a very active member of The Golden Harmonicans. Surviving are three children, ConStance M. Jones, Washington Terrace; Denise E.F. Byrne, Salt Lake City; Phil- lip J.C. Francis Jr., Ogden; three grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, Joseph Polite, St. Martinsville, LA. Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 2740 Pennsyivania Avenue. Friends may call at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Bivd., Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. where Holy Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. _ interment, Lindquist’'s Memorial Gar- dens of the Wasatch. |
