Show ee a i Obituary For Laura Bailey Brown al LAYTON - Laura B. Brown, 91, passed away March 7, 1998 She was born to the union of Richard Bailey and Annabelle Shaw in high school and was a member of the Methodist Church. She came from New Orleans, Louisiana to live in Ogden, Utah in 1947, where she was a clerk at the Railroad Porters and Waiters Club and Hotel for ten years. She met and married William E. Brown, who was in the Air Force. They traveled and lived nine years in Europe. He preceded her in death in 1973. She was also. preceded in death by a son, two brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Anna Belle Weakley Mattson; one brother, Garnet Bailey; one sister, Arcenia McGee; three grandchildren, Joseph H. Weakley; John Collins; Bernadette Marshall (Eddie) Crawford; great-grandchildren, Johnny (Shellee) Marshall; Paul (Donna) Weakley; Angela Renae Collins; Alex (Aletha) Marshall; Bernell Marshall; and great-great grandchildren, Starlee _ Marshall; Michael Marshall; Taylor Weakley; and Brandon Marshall. Also surviving are foster grandsons, Allen Holmes; Chris Jefferson; and Kit Forest Kurisaki; many cousins; and lots of dear friends.
