Show Academic Information GENERAL EDUCATION AREA REQUIREMENTS Humanities Area The general education area requirements in Humanities may be satisfied by selecting from the following courses. A candidate for the Bachelor of Arts must complete at least 15 hours from at least 4 groups, one of which must be literature. A candidate for the Bachelor of Science must complete at least 9 hours from at least 2 groups, one of which must be literature. Group VII is for Honors students. I.
