Show Academic Information audit course taken, plus the $3.50 Building and Lecture Fee. Courses may be taken for audit and included in full-time registration with no extra charge. Classes taken by a part-time student or as excess credit, however, are to be charged the regular audit rate. An Evening School student must pay the full fee listed in the class schedule for any class taken as an audit. Teaching Fee-A charge of $36.00 per student is assessed against education majors during the quarter in which their off- campus teaching occurs. Music Fees—A fee of $36 will be charged to students taking private lessons for credit. This fee must be paid at the Cashier's Office no later than the end of the first week of school each quarter. The student will receive nine private lessons. Academic Information Graduation Fee ...... $10.00 (Cap and Gown Fee included) Make-up Examination (each subject) _ 1.00 Recording Fee (each course) for special cases 2.00 Transcript of Credits 1.00 A student is entitled to one free transcript. For additional copies there will be a charge of $1.00 for the first copy of each order and 25 cents thereafter for each additional copy of the same order. DEPOSITS Lockers are required of all students taking physical education or laboratory classes. Deposits are required on the following items: Gymnasium lock and locker check _ $3.00 A refund of $2.50 will be made if the lock is returned. No refund will be made after June 30 of the school year in which the deposits are paid. Art Building locker (refundable) .....$1.00 Chemistry—Breakage deposit is required for Chemistry laboratory courses _ $5.00 Refunds will be made on unused portion of breakage deposit fees. The signature of the laboratory instructor is required to secure any breakage deposit fee refunds. No refunds will be made after June 30 of the school year in which the deposits are paid. Locker Rental—Wardrobe lockers are available for student use for a rental charge of 50 cents a school year or portion thereof. In addition, $1.00 deposit is required on all lockers. This sum is refunded when the locker key is turned in or when the locker is vacated. No refund will be made if the key is not returned. The students whose check is dishonored by his bank will be charged $3.00 for handling and may be suspended from school until such time as the check is redeemed. REFUNDS Tuition and Other Fees—Tuition and other fees will be refunded according to the schedule provided below to any student in residence who, upon proper application to the Registration Office, withdraws from school before the end of the quarter.
