Hirst, M.D. Ronald Flygare Instructional Technology Center The Instructional Technology Center, currently located in the basement of the Library building, has perhaps the most varied types of educational media available. Musical and spoken records and tape recordings, an increasing number of educational films (approximately 1,000), dial access units (audio and audio/ visual) are available. The purpose of the Instructional Technology Center is to improve instruction and learning through the use of media and instructional systems.
