During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show WEDNESDAY August 15, 1951 Nice day. Went down town and paid photography etc for Rich family pictures Wrote to Charles Cozzens and ally Cozzens his mother Nothing special. Royal & Cleone Eccles, Myrene, and Mary Fisher Browning called on us this evening Wrote to Sandy Rich and recd letter from him wrote check to pay for Family pictures THURSDAY August 16, 1951 Nice day, Card from Mary. I bot Webster wire recording machine to day pd 81.60 for it. A 120 machine Nothing special FRIDAY August 17, 1951 Warm day. Nites cool Have been home all day Read letter from Char C Rich of Vernal and wrote to him about ring he is putting in D.U.P building in Salt Lake Card from Maren & Ralph Hardy Children from Hill Cumorah N.Y, Have read early Utah history to day. Retire early. Dr Jr called to day SATURDAY August 18, 1951 Taylor Peery our son in law from Palo Alto California come to see us and stopped for the nite. So glad to see him Dr Jr called. We all went to Double J Ranch for dinner and later called at Royal & Cleones Nice visit. |
