Sunday 5 briefly then to Salt Lake I visited Margaret & Howard at home. After 3 mos. in Europe. I took Margaret with Howard & Susan for dinner at Hotel Utah. Met Nan at her sisters. We came on home at 6. Nan went out later. Monday Feb 6 Some reading of Readers Digest on machine. A gas man came & regulated the furnace Nan & I down town later pm. Got toilet articles at Samuels & small neck charm (2) at evests Tuesday, Feb. 7 Snow on the ground. A murky day Nan & I both to Dr. Petty 9 am Got two small fillings made. To hairdresser. Margaret Barker brot me home. Had before Nan went to funeral at 3 pm Mr. Knapp came to give information intensive care dept at Hosp. Marie came at 6 pm. We got bills paid & acct. balanced. As following Nan & I accomplished Lunch at Ben Marche with Mary. A call at Dr Nielsons for lens cleaner. To Zales & checked bill. To Bank to make deposit (Nans) To Home Furn & got stamps Got gas & had numbers put on. Got groceries at wise way & an item at Drug store. In eve Mrs. Oberhansley came & we finished our Washington book A game of checkers later. Thursday, Feb. 9 funeral with Laurie Jane & Edith to Beverly Bunns funeral at 12 noon. A large crowd in the new Myers place just opposite our good old 800 Washington. A nice servie for a fine little woman. Jimmie Tribe brot Edith & me home after services. Nan out in pm I was able to read quite a lot with new glasses. Friday, Feb. 10 Friday 10. Heard announcement over TV of Archs appointment Mgr of Church Radio & TV Systems Talked to Peggy in eve also to Fern. Both well & happy Nan & I to Bon Neptie Marhew funeral. I got my feet fixed after. Got groceries & came home. Nice eve. Saturday, Feb. 11 To hospital at 10 am. Dr. Olson pleased but had a shot of thiamine given me. Nan had a busy day getting the house in shape. I read some with my new glasses. We went out for ride in eve. A lovely snow storm Sunday eve We did not go to Sunday School.
