Show Andrew Tucker OGDEN - Andrew Tucker, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 1998 at his home. : He was born in Sherman, Texas on March 3, 1911 to Frank Tucker and Edna Anderson. He married Vivian C. Franklin on February 10, 1942 in Leavenworth, Kansas. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of World War Il. He was a Chef for the Union Pacific Railroad before retiring. He was a member of the Embry Chapel, AME Church. He worked at St. Ann’s Shelter and Y.C.C. as a volunteer. He was a member of the Masonic Order Mt. Ogden Lodge #20 and Ben Lomond Consistory #92. | He was reared by his grandmother Fanny Anderson. He lived in Sherman Texas, Kansas City Missouri, San Francisco, and Ogden Utah. | Surviving are his wife Vivian C. Tucker, Ogden; a large loving family, and the following children; Tommie Tucker (Mary), .Wiletta Coleman Durham, Harry Thomas (deceased), Edward (Eddie) Brook, Carolynn Martin, Lynda Jackson, Vivian Webster, Tarrazzia Shackelford (Scot), Glenn M. Martin, Rosalynn Forte, Green Sterling Forte (Karen), Camille Marion, Johnathan Davis, Je- rome Davis, Renita Williams, Chester Andrew Marion, Willie Marion, Andre Marion, Unique Marion, LaTasha Marion, Jasmine Marion, Terrell Stephenson, Edward Brooks Tra’von Forte, Ariel Martin, Glenn Martin Jr., Ashleigh Shackelford, Melvin Martin, Charles Reed, Christopher Reed, Green Sterling Forte Ill, Jasmine Brooks, Edward Brooks, Jr., Johnathan Davis fl, Carolyn Little, Kyla Forte, Kyle Forte, Dennis Tucker, Nicole and Trina Tucker, Ajay Tucker, Samajay Tucker, Signon Little, Latrice Little, and Kenneth Little. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Frank, Wil- lard, and Clinton. © Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 23, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 845 Washing- ton Bivd., Ogden, with Rev Willie Martin officiating. Friends may call on the mortuary on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park, where military honors will be accorded. |
