Mr. _ McEwen was a retired Chief Master _ Sgt. in the United States Air Force and a retired McDonnel He was Electrical Engineer from Douglas in St. Louis, MO. a member of the Omega Sci ‘Fi Fraternity, and an Honors graduate of McKendree College in Lebanon, Air Force Assn., and the Pioneer Investment Club. ae ae Mr. McEwen was preceded in death by his parents, A.B. and Joanna McEwen (nee Wells). ae oe Surviving are his wife, Hazel McEw- en (nee Johnson), O'Fallon, Ill.,; and one son, RonaldK. McEwen, Ogden; one brother, A.B. McEwen; two sisters, Gwendolyn M. Smith and Barbara M. ___ Savage, all of Memphis, TN. Visitation will be held Friday, March _ 26, 1999 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. at Schiid- _knecht Funeral Home, 301 S. Lincoln Avenue, O’Fallon, Ill. — Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 27, 1999 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Leo Mascaico and Rev. Rich Mascalcos Officiating. —__ Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 9:30 a.m., Monday, March 29, 1999 in St. Louis, MO.
