CMT 4620 - Senior Project Credits: (2) Typically taught: Fall [Full Sem] Spring [Full Sem] This course covers the application of skills, knowledge, techniques and concepts to an actual construction project. Emphasis is placed on integrated project management, including estimated and bidding, project organization and control, as well as project documentation. CMT 4620 should be taken the last semester before graduation. Faculty must approve each student's application. Students must apply for Senior Project the semester before they plan to take CMT 4620. Prerequisite: At a minimum the following courses must have been taken: CMT 3115, CMT 3130, CMT 3210, CMT 4120, and NTM 3250. Emphasis on integrating the concepts taught in the facilities management classes. Students must apply for Senior Project the semester before they plan to take CMT 4650. Prerequisite: CMT 3115, CMT 3130, CMT 3630, CMT 3660, CMT 3680, CMT 4210, CMT 4270 and CMT 4310, or instructor approval.
