Social Science Composite Teaching (BA) • Prog ra m Pre re qu isite: Must satisfy T eacher Education admission and licensure requirements (see Teacher Education Department). • Minor: Not required. • Grade Requirements: A grade of "C" or better in courses applied toward this major (a grade of "C-" is not acceptable). Also refer to the requirements of the Teacher Education Program. • Credit Hour Requirements: A total of 120 credit hours is required for graduation—a minimum of 66 of these is required within the Social Science Composite Teaching Major. A total of 40 upper- division credit hours is required (courses numbered 3000 and above). Advisement After declaring the Composite major, a student should meet with the Composite Coordinator to establish the track to be taken as part of the program.
