Show Hotel Ben Lomond. This is one of the finet hotels in the West, built at a cost of $1,250,000. Situated at the base of famous Mt. Ogden it occupies a promient place in Ogden's skyline and is visible from distant points in the valley (so says the post card). Orion and Charlotte's home in Millbrae, California-a show piece inside and out. They had a very short walk to the train station where they took the Red Line (before BARTBay Area Rapid Transit) to their work with the Southern Pacific Railroad in San Francisco. Charlotte, Mother (Mary), and Orion at some other house in California. 1946. |
