4 an eclectic group and very diverse as far as background, education and interests, but in my humble and perhaps non-objective opinion, probably the finest group of men that we've had in the Executive Officer roles since I can remember and you'd find them, I think, very challenging. They range in age from the youngest, Jack Welch to the Oldest Mark Morton --and they run quite different businesses; aircraft engines, in Gerhard Neumann's case, aerospace, Mark Morton's situation, industrial and power delivery in Bob Kurtz.
