I believe that's your surplus cash... JONES: Yes. That's the case we currently have in the till over and above the current operating needs of the Company, but I would make a couple of points. One, we're growing very rapidly and as we grow and as we go into these new businesses our demands for cash will be substantial. Secondly, in our very recent history in this country, we've gone through two very severe liquidity crises, one in the very late sixties and one in 1974, and I've lived through those first as a Vice President/Finance of this Company and then, secondly, as its Chairman and I've seen cash outflow at a rate in excess of $300 million in a single month. So, I gain great comfort from the fact that we've got some cushion in the event there appeared another liquidity crisis, I would want General Electric to weather it without being too concerned about paying its bills. Now, we have a triple A credit rating. We have access to all kinds of funds. We could borrow, I'm sure, very quickly regardless of how severe the crunch, but I would rather not have us run down to the point
