Show 8 thrusts of the regulations of the Federal Government, for example. Yet in the course of the time that I have been in the job it seems as though involvement with these forces emenating from Washington, principally, if anything has grown rather than reduced or even stayed stable and you're very frequently asked, how can you afford to spend so much time on these externalities and your answer has to be that you've got to organize the Company and staff it in such a way that the job that has to be done inside the Company goes on with minimum close direction, if you will, from the top and I feel that we do have a well-defined organization structure and that we have it very competently staffed so that under our decentralization the work goes forward apace without the necessity for day-to-day close control and guidance from the top. I think it's also fair to say that many of these externalities have such an enormous impact upon the Company that if you look at it in terms of, let's say, relative emphasis that you should be according one area externally versus one area internally, you come to the realization that the time you spend on these external factors is well merited.
