Now, I do make an effort to get a lot of the staff people in contact with their counterparts in other companies, in the AFL-CIO, in the staff of the sub-committees and committees on the Hill, or the staffs in the Executive departments, because this is very helpful for our staff people, too, but quite frequently when you go down before a sub-committee or a committee to testify, the members of that committee don't expect you to turn around and ask some staff man the answer to the question they put to you. They expect you to answer. CARR: Sure. Not unless you're a Secretary of some big, huge Government department. They often do that. JONES: Right.
