In Canada, there were roughly a dozen manufacturers of major applicances, Well, you know this is a market much smaller than that of the United States and no one manufacturer there had the scale to get the necessary economies that would permit him to put as much into it as he would like and to get the cost levels that would make him truly effective and, so, we held discussions with General Steelwares another leading appliance manufacturer in Canada and when Westinghouse left the major appliance business, we went to the Canadian Government with a request for approval of a merger of a major appliance business, the Canadian General Electric Company, with a major appliance business of General Steelwares in a new company called CAMCO, Canadian Appliance Manufacturing Company, and also with a petition that we be allowed to buy or that company, CAMCO, be allowed to buy the major appliance business of the Westinghouse Corporation in Canada.
