Show 21 the street from the Treasury Department and, yes, that's where we do meet and it does provide us with a very convenient and comfortable place where we can be together and lay around and have dinner together and continue our discussions. CARR: How often does this happen? JONES: Oh, it varies. I suspect that we'll be meeting a little more frequently now and then we, some of us get together between meetings to give some guidance and direction to the staff work that is constantly underway. Several of us are on the management side of the table and we make particular staff people available to work on specific problems where they happen to have expertise and the labor unions do exactly the same thing. In other words, they have people that, for example, have expertise let's say in housing or they'll have people that have expertise in some area of economics or taxation or whatever and these staff people are meeting almost continuously and they work together for a day or two and then they'll split and each go their own way while they work up something that they've just agreed they'll develop and then they get back together again and then one or two of us or if you wish to say(?) principals will meet with the staff |
