13 with appropriate personnel in that Branch of Government. Naturally, the tax matters are principally with the Treasury Department. We have also, because of the fact that I'm involved with this labor/management group to which you referred earlier, we have also reviewed these position papers on tax matters with the labor leaders of the country and made an effort to gain a better understanding of the impact of tax legislation not just on individuals, but also on corporations and how that, in turn, benefits or disadvantages the individuals of this Nation. To me, it's very significant that back in the period between Christmas and New Year's of 1974 we were able to sit down with the labor leaders on that committee and develop a tax program that we presented to the former Ford Administration saying that this is what we felt the Tax Reduction Act of 1975 should look like. Now, in that particular case the Administration didn't chose to accept our recommendations and went a somewhat different route, but in the last analysis, it was very interesting that what Congress adopted was a lot closer to the program that we had developed.
