It kept the Canadian nationals involved. It is a merger in which the shareholders of GSW have fifty percent of the vote and General Electric has fifty percent of the vote, and it was very responsive, therefore, to the guidelines set by the Government and it was responsive to the interests of Canadian citizens and, at the same time, was very beneficial to the companies involved.
