Roscoe Howard OGDEN — Roscoe Howard, 86, of Ogden, Utah died August 7, 2007. He was born August 3, 1921 in Rockwall, Texas the son of David and Carrie (Caroline) Bridges Howard. He attended elementary school in Okalahoma City, OK and graduated from High School in Kansas City, MO and attended Langston University. Roscoe served in the Army during WWII. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad from 1946 to 1986, starting as a cook and retired as a regional commissary supervisor. Roscoe enjoyed reading and coin collecting but his main love was music. He 1s survived by his cousin Maxine Willi; his soul mate, Willa Perry Rose, Pittsburg, PA; his god-daughter, Juliene Smith of California; dear friends The Tuckers, Nathaniel Johnson and the Groves family; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other dear friends.
