Jrene Turner passed from this life, Saturday, December 13, 2008, peacefully while she slept. Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior gave ‘us’ 84 beautiful years of Irene Turner. Mama was blessed with a full and spirit filled life. WE THANK GOD FOR HER. | lrene had been a warm and nurturing person since she was a little girl. She was raised in New - Boston, Texas. In 1940 Irene married LaSalle Turner Sr. (Leggett, Texas) and together they had nine children; Clarence Earl, Charles Earl, Adolph, BernaDean, LaSalle Jr., Lizette, Lucy Ann, Joseph. . Sharon : and Lonnie ; She worked at the Worland Cafe and Grill, the Del Monte Cannery, the Holiday Inn and for Ogden City Schools. In 1988. Irene Turner retired from the Ogden City Schools. Irene lived in ‘Ogden, Utah for over 55 years. |rene Turner was a member ‘of New Zion Baptist Church. lrene Bradley Turner was pre- ceded in death by her husband LaSalle Turner Sr. (1978); parents Leola “Big Mama’ Allen (1984) and Lucious “Big Daddy” Bradley (1978); son Lonny.
