Show Julia Armenta Leyba Cosby 1958~2009 Julia Armenta Henry Leyba, age 50, died on Saturday, March 14, 2009 She was born October 10, 1958, in Ogden, Utah, to the late Harold L. and Alberta Hill Henry. She attended Franklin Elementary School, Jordan Junior High School and graduated with honors from West High School in 1975. Julia attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, majoring in business. She was married to and divorced from Robert Sawyer and Daniel Cosby. Julia had a successful career in the financial industry as a Loan Manager with Mountain America Credit Union; A Student Loan Advisor for Eduserve Logmno toga and at the time of her death, she was a Foreign Currency Specialist for the Foreign Exchange Division of Wells Fargo Bank. Julia was a lifetime member of Calvary _Baptist Church. As Julia’s loss has deeply touched countless friends, and relatives, she will be remembered as a beloved wife, loving mother, grandmother and faithful friend. Her infectious smile, giggle and her genuine beauty both inside and out, will truly be missed. Julia is survived by her husband Gilbert, her daughters; Patrice Dechambeau, Denitra Cosby, and Adria Leyba; her son Daniel (D3) Cosby; her grandchildren Issac Matheu,: Leiloni eere and Kayeshia King Cosby. She is turther survived by other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was receded in death by her brother Wendall Henry. Funeral services for Julia Armenta Henry Leyba will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, March 23rd, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1090 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Reverend France Davis will officiate. Burial services will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Relatives and friends are welcome at Calvary Baptist Church between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to pay their respects prior to funeral services. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established in the name of Adria Leyba. Donations can be made at any Washington Mutual Branch Location.
