She was born March 15. 1945 in Stephens, AR, the daughter of Clifton and Ruby J. Hester. Mom hada special love for her grandchildren and through the years shared a very special love with all her children. One of Wilma's favorite pastimes was Bingo and listening to music; and she enjoyed her yearly trips to Vegas on her birthday. She loved the rain!! Wilma is survived by her parents of Ogden; children Jeff Washington, Tracy Swinton and Kristie Wynette Glover; grand-_ children Brittany and Denzel Swinton; sisters Gail Hester, Diane (Jerry) Lancaster, Sharon (Eddie) Hilton and Renece Hester; brothers James (Beverly) Hester, Sammy Hester and Christopher (Christina) Hester; niece of Hobert Reeves; best friend Madonna and Godchildren Tiffany Canton and Anise Brown and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins that are not mentioned but never forgotten.
