Jeffrey was one of seven children from the union of James H. Brown and Delores E. Brown. Jeffrey was one of the first African American quarterbacks on the Washington Jr. High football team. Jeffrey attended Ogden High where he played football and basketball. Jeffrey was a competitive table tennis player. He really enjoyed playing against his son David and brothers Paris and Jimmy. Jeffrey also studied culinary arts for two years. Jeffrey was a very loyal father, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his mother, Delores E. Brown; father, James H. Brown; sister, Gail Brown Fleming; grandmother, Leola Kennard; great-aunt, Beulah M. Jones; soul mate Tina Coulter and niece Lakishia Fleming. Jeffrey leaves behind his son David J. Brown, San Antonio TX; son Jeffrey Watson, Ogden UT; two sisters, Piper L. Brown, Denver CO, Brigette M. Brown, SLC; three brothers, Paris W. Brown SLC, James H. Brown, San Antonio TX, Daryl B.
