Hattie was affectionately known by family andfriends as "Duck"! 7 _ Duck graduated from high School in Dallas, Texas; attended college in’ Marshall Texas. She married Houston Person on April 27, 1943. Together they had six children. After her husband's. passing, they moved to Ogden in 1959. She worked at the Ogden Area Community Action Program for six years. One of her joys was Catching the Duck was _. bus to Wendover. caring and compas- sionate to all who knew her.
