Show Abron Charles: SUNSET - Abron Charles | - Scott, 71, passed away peaceful- ly at his home 26, 2007, in Sunset, June after a long and ardu- ous battle with lymphoma cancer. Victory is his for ‘he lived a fulfilling life and now joins, Our Lord and ‘Savior, Jesus \ Christ; to spend eternity in peace. As unique as his name, he > was a one of a kind individual, who possessed many talents. He was an artist, a mechanic, a carpenter, inventor, engineer, . fisherman, and above all others, © a devoted father and grandfather. _He was a man of few words, but _his quiet sense of humor, integrity and gentle ways spoke volumes. His life was spent creat- _ ing precious memories with his — family. and friends, he will be — missed by all’ who loved him. Abron was born knew and September 17, 1935, in Texarkana, Texas to ‘Ben and Virda Mae Neal Scott. ‘He was twice married and. twice ‘divorced. Abron first married ‘Ann James (Tarrant) and. later Patricia Heath (Mitcham). His. _ children from his first marriage include: Sydney Scott and Pam Scott (Pearson) both of Las Vegas, Nevada. Children fromthe second marriage include: Tony (Debbie) Scott and Adriénne (Terrence) Ellis both of Clinton, Utah. | Grandchildren include: _ Preston Noriega, Nathan Scott, Cameron J. Scott, Juwan Ellis, Jordan Sanders, Michael Ellis, Destiny, Amber, and Brittiny Tarrant, and Courtney Pearson. ing Abron served in the Army durpeace time and was dis- charged He at was Fort Riley, employed at Kansas. Hill Air Force Base, where he served 38 years of dedicated service. Abron spent his retirement days enjoying his grandchildren, fishing, boating, and touching the lives of all of those who experienced his gentle ways and quiet _ humor. Abron is survived by_ his brother Cicero (Katie) Scott (Riverdale), Dorothy Marsh (California), Gary (Jeanette). Scott (Draper), a loving and devoted ex-wife and friend (Patricia L. — Mitcham), his children, grandchildren, and _ great-grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Abron was preceded in death by his fa- ther and mother, and a a Ol relatives and friends. The family would. like to thank Hearts to Home Hospice Care, U of U Neurological Team, Avalon Health Care, bountiful, Daryl Hill (caregiver), Jean Sawyer, Pastor Charles Petty, all other agencies, friends and family members that displayed genuine love, concern, and/or provided assistance with health care and spiritual support of Abron C. Scott. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 2p.m. at the Second 227 27th Baptist St. Ogden. Church, Friends and family may call Friday, June 29th at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday at the church from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Interment, Myers Evergreen Memorial Park, where military honors will be accorded.
