Show Wiilie Davis was born the ninth child to the late Pastor Davis completed 40 years of service as a pastor, leader, organizer, creative thinker and community leader, Reverend Davis proudly fathered three children: Darryl A. Davis, Lisa M. Fisher, and the Lila M. and Mose Davis Sr. on March12, 1937 In Boligee, Alabama. At the age of seven he _ professed Christ as his personal Savior. He accepted his call to the ministry | in 1967 in Denver, Colorado. | Late Dawn A. Davis. He was married to the late Jeanette Davis until her demise in 1993. Willie was educated in the public schools of Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Parker High School in 1955. Reverend Davis matriculated at the following Renages and On March 7, 1998, Pastor Davis was united — in holy matrimony to Ms. Emma M. Pastor Davis was ordained at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado in 1969. Springs, CO, Harry Gillenwater of Detroit, Mi, and Isaac Munday, Jr. of Columbia, SC. Reverend Davis pastored the New Zion Baptist Church, Laramie, Wyoming from 1969-1972; New Zion Baptist Church in _ Ogden, Utah from 1972-1978, Second Baptist Church, Las Vegas, Nevada from Pastor Davis also leaves three grandsons, Kellon B. Davis, Dwayne E. Fisher Il, Terron K. Davis; one granddaughter, Elon S. Davis, and one great grand-daughter, Taylor M. Fisher. 1978 to 2007 and Gethsemani Missionary Baptist Church from 2007 to 2009.
