Show 14 December, Monday. did some laundry & straightened up the house. Tired but fine seems so good to feel well. MAKING THE ROUNDS The original of this illustration of a doctor going on his rounds is taken from a Sloane MS. In comparison with the preceding physician, he seems more plainly and possibly more suitably dressed for the occasion. Even the saddle appears to serve only a strictly utilitarian purpose. Tuesday, December 22 mistake. At 2 oclock I entertained fifth Ward Relief Society and a few other friends for my sister Lucile about thirty people came. I served hot mince pie & spiced hot cider candy & nuts. The first qualification for a physician is hopefulness JAMES LITTLE. WARNERS CALENDAR OF MEDICAL HISTORY. |
