Show MORNING, DECEMBER 6, 1942 Ogdenites to Live in S.L., Feted at Tea Dr. and Mrs. G. Oscar Russell and family left Saturday morning for Salt Lake City to reside at their home, 1164 East Seventh South. Dr. Russell will leave for the east sometime this week and Mrs. Russell and son, Robert, will remain in Salt Lake City temporarily. Miss Carol Russell will reside at the home of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Royal Eccles, until she finishes the school quarter at Weber college. The staff of the Utah School for the Deaf and Blind Entertained at a tea at the girls dormitory on Monday afternoon in compliment to Dr. and Mrs. Russell. The table was attractively arranged with chrysanthemums and yellow tapers. Mrs. Udell Pace presented Dr. Russell with a lovely gift. On Friday evening the Parents association of the school honored Dr. and Mrs. Russell at a party in the school chapel. A musical program was furnished by blind pupils under direction of Mrs. Lillian Thatcher. |
