Show 3 MARCH 61 DAYS PAST Monday 304 DAYS TO COME This afternoon attended Ladies Aux to Medical of Weber Co. at the Ben Loman Hotel. Salt Lake Co Aux gave a fine programme. EYE AFFECTIONS- LOUSE IN THE EYE Laplanders made use of the louse in eye complaints. The reason were empirical and magical. A louse was placed under the lid. Irritation resulted, followed by increased fluid secretion that washed out both the louse and incidental foreign substances. The magical conception consisted in the louse eating the sickness, which ten left the eye with the louse. Tuesday 62 DAYS PAST MARCH 4 303 DAYS TO COME Attended 5 Ward Relief Society.
