Show 3 FEBRUARY 33 DAYS PAST Monday 332 DAYS TO COME A very busy morning as Mrs. Dr. Harding Mrs Noal & I entertained here at my home fifteen of the Weber Co. Medical Aux. after an instructive talk on the new J. B. Hospital by Dr J. B. Morrell. We all went to see it and found it very nice. About 70 patients are there. Refreshments were served following our Aux meeting. COUGHS- HATS ON A BEDPOST Prescriptions in folklore therapeutics afford many impressions- of quaintness, disgust, amusement. To this latter class, unquestionably, belongs the one for the cure of cold or grippe from Americas deep south. It is to hang your hat on the bedpost, and proceed to drink whiskey until you see two hats and you will be speedily relieved. Tuesday 34 DAYS PAST FEBRUARY 4 331 DAYS TO COME Spent some time writing letters. Went down town to pay some bills also had exray treatment on my face for a small rough place & had my glasses adjusted. Dr & I read late.
