Cooley wrote my biography (a short one) & I have been practicing so I can make a copy to but in the memory book being made by the Mount Ogden Stake Relief Society. At R.S. meeting today a talk, sketch and impersonation of me as I was the first Mt. Ogden Pres. of the stake R.S. sister Olive B. Coray Christenson by gave it. Jane Snyder Richards was represented by Ida Ferrin she being the first R.S. Stake Pres. in the church 1877 set apart by Brigham Young. Ethal Andrew represented by Lydia Burrows. Ethal Andrew was 2nd R.S. stake Pres. of Mt Ogden. I felt greatly honored Attended the funeral of Mrs Lillie Folkman a very nice friend & neighbor for many years. She died of cancer. TEA TREATMENT OF BURNS Complete success, equal to tannic acid therapy, was reported by H. LeClerc (Presse Med. Sept. 10, 1938) in the treatment with warm tea or tea leaf compresses of 12 cases of severe burning. Following the method of M. V. P. Peiris, the lightly bandaged compress was sprinkled with tea whenever dry. The dressing was left in place for 12 to 14 days, unless septic symptoms necessitated a fresh dressing. Wednesday 154 DAYS PAST JUNE 4 211 DAYS TO COME Have practised typing most all day my writing is very poor of late so I have need to know typing better. This evening Dr and I were guest speakers at the Travelogue Programme of the Aprender Club at Roy. Sixty were present Dr showed his colord pictures of Central America & Panama & I displayed some of our baskets Blankets & art we brought home A very nice time & met very nice people Junior gave a talk & showed his pictures to Myrenes Camp of D.U.P. at the Pioneer Hall.
