O. H. S. CLASSICALIA TO BE GAY AFFAIR sunday may 24 The O. H. S. Classicalia, which j will be held at the Berthana on the evening of March 15, promises to be the gayest event of the year, j Everyone looks' forward to this ; event with keen anticipation for it ; is the big carnival of the year, and this year's Classicalia is going to' exceed all expectations, for it is to be larger, more colorful, andj with more surprises than ever be­fore. j The various organizations of the high school are already working on plans for their booths, which were auctioned off last week. The Glee clubs and Girls associa­tion. are busy making bowers- of cherry blossoms from which they will sell confetti, whistles, serpen- . tine and balloons. The favor booth will be festive in its decorations representative of all nations, and from this booth the Gamma Kappa girls will sell favors to be worn , during the five favor dances. The R. O. T. C. promises a real fishing j. pond, with a good catch guaran- j teed to everyone. In the reception room of the Berthana will be found p.n Oriental camp, where the weary traveler may rest, and have hi3 fortune told by the Sophomores. Then everyone will want to be lured into the G. A. Garden of flowers where dainty summer girls will offer sweets of all varieties. Just arouncl the corner will be found the oasis for between dances, the soda water booth, where the T. N. T. will serve you with a'll re-, freshing varieties. No carnival is complete without 1 its side snows, so vivid posters and 1 barkers .will draw the crowd to the , mysteries of the shows put on by the Seniors, A. G. club and student body. Then last but not least we men­tion the H. C. Krazy House, whose' winding passages will make your hair stand on end, will send the cold chills chasing up and down your back and then send you back to the other end of the hall to ivarm up again at the Oriental tea yrarden conducted by the Juniors. Here, your nerves will be soothed ,as you partake of the delicious food while watching the Oriental dancers.
