He was born on October 29, 1959 to George White and Jerilyn Swift White in Ogden, Utah. Garth married the love of his life, Judy Wells, onMarch 16, 1984 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He attended Weber County schools, graduating from Weber High School in 1978. Garth faithfully served an LDS Mission in 1979, Garth was a truck driver for more than 20 years and farmed for the remaining of his life. His hobbies included fishing, camping and farming. His passion was being a father, grandparent and husband. Garth had a very unique caring way of showing his emotions to his family. Garth loved his granddaughter, Destiny. She made him very happy every time he saw her. He is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Rick White, Lisa White, Steven White and Ashley White; granddaughter, Destiny; brother, Byron White; and sister, Julie Standding. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, and grandson, Jamison Hartman. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Marriott-Slaterville 2nd Ward, 250 N 1500 W, Marriott-Slaterville. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at the Ogden Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, and prior to services from 9:45 to 10:45 am at the church.
